Sebastian De La Vega (Sebi) has been involved in the squash world for over a decade now. Throughout his college career, he consistently ranked in the top four of his team, even reaching the number one spot during his junior year. As captain of the Hobart Squash team, he led his squad to an impressive top 20 finish, showing off his leadership and competitive edge.
Sebastian's squash journey started in London, where he trained at St. George's Hill under the guidance of well-known coach Danny Lee. This experience laid the groundwork for his success on the court. After returning to the U.S. in high school, he worked at Chelsea Piers, where he discovered his passion for coaching and mentoring younger players.
Before diving into college squash, Sebastian gained valuable experience at Lifetime Fitness in Houston’s City Centre, further honing his coaching skills and connecting with players of all ages. With a mix of Professional Squash Association (PSA) experience and a solid college career, he’s now focused on sharing his knowledge with juniors and adults alike
